About PHP

At Safe Harbor, the PHP program takes place Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. The main focus of this program is whole-person wellness. This is achieved through weekly yoga sessions and mindfulness education. This program advances recovery through comprehensive addiction treatment services, including Gorski Relapse Prevention Curriculum, as well as individual counseling, aftercare planning and weekly medical management appointments. Long-term sobriety requires a strong support network and ongoing personal growth to acquire healthy skills for developing relationships and decision-making. PHP treatment is aimed at individuals struggling with drug or alcohol addictions and serves veterans within the Community Care Network.

The Partial Hospitalization Program at Safe Harbor Recovery is designed for the individual who can manage many aspects of their life without round-the-clock monitoring, or who may have completed a residential treatment stay. Research has noted that those who stay in treatment and follow the treatment plan have 60% more likelihood of long-term sobriety. Success requires a commitment to develop the insight, skills, and understanding to build resiliency to the chronic illness of addiction. Our team will work with you or your loved one to determine if PHP treatment services are appropriate.
